reservations & rates

All cabin reservations have a two night minimum stay. There is a maximum of 6 people per cabin. It will be $25 per person over the 6 person limit. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation; we except Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. All cabins are smoke free. A charge of $250 will be incurred for smoking in the cabins. Pets are allowed as long as they go to the bathroom outside and do not destroy furniture.

Regular Reservation: we will charge your credit card in full 15 days before your check-in date and if you need to cancel you must cancel 15 days in advance for no charge.

Wedding & Holiday Reservations: we will charge your credit card in full 30 days before your check-in date and if you need to cancel you must cancel 30 days in advance for no charge.

French Woods Parent Weekend Reservation: we will charge your credit card in full 30 days before your check-in date and if you need to cancel you must cancel 30 days in advance for no charge.

Reservations and Availabilities

To check availabilities or to make a reservation for Bass' Cabins please email basslumber@hancock.net and include your arrival/departure dates, number in party, and any special requests. Our office hours are: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. You do not have a confirmed reservation by submitting an email. You may call 607-637-5253 to make an immediate reservation during our normal office hours.

Play & Stay Packages

We offer play and stay golf packages to our guests any day of the week. We can customize a golf package to fit your needs and interests. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited golf and cart along with your cabin rental for any size group. Send us an email at basslumber@hancock.net or call us at 607-637-5253 with how many nights you’d like to stay, the number of people in your party, and what you would like included and we will send you package pricing. Don’t know what you’d like included or what would be best for your group? Ask for package options! Just send us how many people are in your group and what days of the week you’d like to visit and we will send you options to choose from. We allow up to 6 people per cabin and the larger the group the larger the deal!
