Directions to Mountain Top Cabins: (From New York) Take NY Thruway to 17 West to Exit 87A. Take a Left off Exit ramp. Take the first road to your right (Lower Cadosia Road). About 1/4 mile down Lower Cadosia Road, take the left at Bass’ Mountain Cabins Sign. Go to the top of the mountain (9/10 mile). The first cabin you come to is #3. Cabin #4 is located straight up the road beyond #3. To get to cabins #1 and #2 take a left by cabin #3. Cabin #1 is on the right and #2 is on the left.
The road up the mountain to the mountain cabins is a little rough but any vehicle will be able to drive up at a slower pace. It is about a one-mile drive from the bottom of the mountain to where your cabin is located. Once you are there the view is amazing!
