Mountaintop Cabins #3 and #4 overlook the East Branch of the Delaware while Mountaintop Cabins #1 and #2 overlook not only the village below, but both branches of the Delaware coming together to form the Delaware River which will flow through 4 states before ending it's 351 mile journey to the Atlantic Ocean. The views are breathtaking anytime of the time of year.

The Mountaintop Cabins are available for rental from May 1 through October 31, or until the weather closes the access road.

The cabins are only 9 miles from The French Woods Golf & Country Club and only one mile from the  Village of Hancock. The village offers several restaurants, a twin cinema, and a bowling alley. Many guests stay on the Mountaintop while enjoying fishing on the Delaware River or hiking trials in the Catskill Mountains. We are pet friendly!

Each cabin is nearly 1,500 square feet and fully furnished offering two floors of rustic charm. You'll be right at home in the full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and blender. In the cupboards and drawers you will also find both water and wine glasses, mugs, pots, pans, bakeware, plates, bowls, silverware, and cooking utensils. Also provided for you are bed linens, pillows and towels. Please keep in mind that there is no daily maid service.

Cabins #3 and #4 have a full bathroom downstairs, a queen bedroom downstairs, two single beds in the common way upstairs, a second queen bedroom upstairs with a half bath attached.

You'll also enjoy a front deck on your cabin! You'll find a charcoal grill outside, charcoal is not provided but you will find grilling utensils in the kitchen! A fire pit is also provided outside each cabin so you can enjoy roasting marshmallows or just sitting by the warmth of the fire. No camp fire burning is allowed from March 14 - May 14 due to NYS DEC yearly burn ban. You can purchase fire wood from Bass & Sons Lumber and it will be delivered to your cabin before you arrive. Ask about firewood prices when making your reservation. We recommend you bring outdoor folding chairs to sit in while you enjoy the fire.
